Processing time

All orders are made and processed within 7 days (weekends excluded). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All orders are sent via  An Post,  shipping with An Post and tracked or untracked depending on your order ( Delivery is Free).

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

We are happy to refund your product if it's faulty.  You have 15 days in which to return the order from dispatched date.

Items on sale will not be refunded. 

Damages

JimJamJoy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Anpost to file a claim.
